Please note that MyVideoAnalyser is only compatible with MacOS devices.

Access to MyVA is obtained via a license code. This code has been sent to you or your organisation by email.

In order to install MyVideoAnalyser:
1. Download the application from the download link
2. Open the DMG file by double clicking on the icon
3. Drag the MyVideoAnalyser icon (on the left) to the Applications folder (on the right)
4. Wait for the copy to finish
5. You can now start MyVideoAnalyser from the Applications folder

To add the MyVideoAnalyser to your dock:
1. Go to your Applications folder
2. Locate the MyVideoAnalyser application
3. Drag the file to your dock and drop

Any MacOS device can be used to run MyVideoAnalyser. We advise to choose for a M1 or higher.

MyVideoAnalyser supports version MacOS 12, Monterey released in 2021 or higher.

For the connection we advise you to make use of USB 3.1 in order to maintain the same speed of transferring (video)data.

MyVA Remote and MyVA Watch apps can be found in your App Store.

Both apps can be downloaded for free.

You can try MyVA Remote for free or choose a monthly or yearly subscription. This subscription is an in-app purchase via your AppleID.
